**Sales / Logistics Administrator**

**£28-30k salary + bonus**

**Based - Acton, London W3**

**Mon - Fri 8.30am -5pm**

**Immediate start**

**IT Literate / Excel / Navision preferred**

**Logistics experience required**

**Role**:
To provide comprehensive Admin Support to the Sales Team & Admin Manager

**Duties**
- Providing order updates relating to specification or price.
- Advising freight forwarding details in preparation for despatch - liaising with warehouse personnel.
- Sales order documentation processing:

- Conversion of sales quotations to sales orders on ERP system.
- Creation of production documentation and liaising with purchasing department for factored items.
- Production of despatch and export documentation and certificates.
- Liaising with freight forwarding companies to arrange freight collection.
- Administration of key customer accounts.
- Maintaining pricing information on in-house system and annual distribution of sales prices.
- Despatch of sales literature, newsletters and other marketing material.

**Skills**:

- Computer literate (Windows OS, Microsoft Office
