We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Operative to join this successful company in Park Royal.

**Duties to include**:

- Responsible for all inbound logistics procedures
- Receive supplier deliveries and processing purchase order receipts
- Process customer sales, hire and service orders and returns
- Report any discrepancies to the line manager
- Perform physical check and reconciliation of supplier deliveries to packing lists
- Responsible for all outbound logistic procedures
- Prepare and ship sales, hire and service orders
- Perform quality checks to ensure sales orders are picked and packed correctly
- Liaise with couriers to ensure timely collections and deliveries
- Assist with inventory management
- Ensure a safe working area in line with the company’s H&S procedures
- Assist in all areas of the Operations team when required

**Experience required**:

- General office administrative duties
- Working knowledge and understanding of sales processes
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Working experience within a logistics environment
- Working knowledge of Sage X3

**Hours of work**: 9am to 5.30pm based on site

**Location**: Park Royal (parking available)
