**Full Job Description**
**Job title**: Facilities Adminstrator
**Reporting to**: Estates Manager
**Number of Direct reports**: None
**Location**: Bisley
**Hours of work**: 40
**Overall Purpose of the role**:
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain database ensuring that planned preventative maintenance works are updated in a timely manner;
- Ensure facilities resources for events are well managed including but not limited to:
- Buggies
- Portaloos
- Marquee hire
- Security
- First aid
- Refuge collections
- Provide administrative support to estates manager and health and safety officer;
- Maintain vehicle fleet for estates team;
- Liaise with, not limited to, fire alarm company, electrical services to ensure that works are carried out in a timely fashion.
- This list is not exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake other tasks to meet the changing needs of the business._
Person Specification
- Good IT skills including experience of using databases;
- Ideally have experience within the area of facilities management;
- Proactive self-starter who requires minimum supervision;
- Enjoys working as part of a team;
- Some health and safety knowledge would be advantageous.
**Ability to commute/relocate**:
- Woking, GU24 0PB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
