**Job Title: Administrative Assistant**
**Contract: Full Time, Permanent**
**Location: Shepshed, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE12**
**Salary: £19,000 - £22,500**
**Start Date: ASAP - Happy to work around notice periods**
The Commercial division at SF Recruitment, are currently working with a very exciting and forward-thinking manufacturing business based in the North of Leicestershire. Due to business demand and growth, our client is seeking an experienced Administrator tojoin their team on a full time, permanent basis.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales and Accounts department, ensuring that all deadlines are achieved, and work completed is to the highest standard.
Your daily responsibilities could include the below:
- Processing customer orders, ensuring that you maintain consistent communication with customers to update them on any delays/delivery dates
- Liaising with the accounts team to ensure that all invoices are paid on time, and each individual account is updated correctly
- Attending weekly production meetings to ensure that all schedules are on track for completion
- Maintaining accurately updated Excel spreadsheets with customer information and sales reports
- Occasionally providing support to the receptionist team such as diary management, filing and scanning confidential documentation, handling post etc.
- You will also have the opportunity to get involved with managing the company's social media platforms/engagement
The successful Administrator will ideally have experience in a similar role as listed above and be looking for their next step in their administrative career. It is important that you have strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills when completingall tasks. As well as being an efficient, organised and adaptable individual, who is able to multitask in demanding environments.
**Experience using Excel is essential (even if this is a Basic understanding).
