You will be supporting our fantastic hotels and their teams in the North of the UK- to include Four points by Sheraton Edinburgh, Staybridge Suites Newcastle, Residence Inn Manchester Piccadilly and Staybridge Suites Liverpool.

**YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE**:
- Bring alive Company values and culture; leading by example
- Be the first point of contact for all new starters and coordinate their on-boarding process including induction.
- Assist with conducting training including preparation and administration.
- Ensure electronic employee files are up to date, in particular all data necessary to ensure legal compliance is in order, for example documents confirming employee’s eligibility to be employed in the UK.
- Prepare monthly training calendar for the each hotel.
- Assist with all Employee Relations tasks including admin as requested by People & Culture Manager
- Assist with payroll administration, for example collecting new starter paperwork
- Assist with monthly trackers including training, holidays, birthdays, Cycas Journey etc.
- Assist with general employee communications.
- Support and assist with organising team events, training, and recruitment events.
- Demonstrate flexibility and ability to deal positively with new trends and changes.
**WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ideally previously worked with Talos 360 & Fourth Hospitality or similar payroll/recruitment systems
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy of information
- Fun personality that loves to interact with people
- Training delivery experience is preferred
