Summary

This is a permeant post as we continue to pursue finding our next committed School Business Manager to replace our previous long standing post holder. The main purpose is to oversee and deliver all aspects of School administration, working closely with the Headteacher and colleagues. This role is part of the Lead Team and instrumental in the effective and efficient running of the organisation.

- Time only (the salary quoted would be pro rata) Some willingness to work additional hours if needed, as agreed, would be desirable based on service needs.

Essential Qualifications

GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Business and Administration or similar

Desirable Qualifications

Working at or towards CSBM or equivalent qualification/ Other Level 4 or above qualification relevant to the role

Essential Experience
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
- Experience of working in administrative or finance role
- Experience of working in an administrative/ financial role in a School setting
- Experience of leading a team/ office management
- Experience of working as a School Business Support Officer/ Bursar/ School Business Manager

Desirable Experience
- Experience of setting/ monitoring budgets, including resources
- In-depth knowledge and experience of School systems ie SIMS, Finance 6, Oracle Fusion, Parent Pay etc
- Human Resources knowledge/ experience highly desirable
