**Your focus will be**

In a typical week, the role will be 75% recruitment and 25% administration focused, although this is likely to change with business requirements.

**Part 1 - Recruitment (75% of the role)**
- Coordinate and support recruitment days, including the preparation of detailed presentations.
- Issue new starter packs and facilitate access fob arrangements for building access.
- Ensure accurate booking and tracking of all new starter inductions.
- Collaborate closely with the HR Manager to understand hiring requirements and provide valuable insights during the selection process.
- Generate reports and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- And other ad-hoc responsibilities as allocated by the HR Manager

**Part 2 - People Administration (25% of the role)**
- Manage receipts and invoices for the company card, supporting the HR Manager in accurate monthly credit card submissions.
- Address general office enquiries, such as sourcing pedestals and allocating lockers.
- Coordinate the relocation of staff items to accommodate new starters.
- Handle office administration tasks, including sending post as needed and acting as a point of contact for office suppliers and service providers.
- Conduct stocktakes, organize, and order office stationery, including sweets, drinks, and other supplies.
- Research and lead internal events, including Treat Tuesday, Birthday Club, Thirsty Thursday, and ad-hoc team events.

- Minimum of 1 year of recruitment agency experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a collaborative approach.
- Adaptable and able to handle multiple priorities.
