**The Role**

You will also create a preferred supplier list for our Recruitment Agencies, establishing robust relationships and ensuring all third parties understand who we are, our vision and values and the culture we are creating as a business, and why RVG is a great place to work

This is a varied role and will suit someone who is ‘hands on’ and willing to adapt to an ever changing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand the gaps and define a process that will continuously evolve, support and enhance the end to end process, whilst ensuring best practice is followed
- Define, communicate and embed a simple, effective and practical recruitment approach
- Ensure that we actively engage our stakeholders around the process and wider objectives
- Actively ensure that hiring managers are following the right process
- Communicate the process effectively, engaging with the internal stakeholders to enhance and maintain a robust process and ensure it is fit for purpose and understood and adopted by the wider business
- Engage and build relationships with external suppliers, so they understand our business and represent us in attracting talent
- Build and retain relationships with various talent pools
- Support the department lead around recruitment and sourcing budgets
- Coordinate and attend recruitment events, exhibitions and seminars to represent and support our Employer Brand
- Improve our internal/external Careers Website
- Embed D&I into our recruitment strategy
- Look at ways of enhancing our current systems (People HR) and using ATS to support our recruitment strategy
- Build our social strategy utilising various channels for posting all recruitment
- Management of a Recruitment Inbox
- Utilise other tools where job adverts can be posted that will support the business.
- Create and define a Recruitment Policy that is fit for purpose and provides flexibility across the business
- Ensure companywide communication of the recruitment approach, policies and tools available to support the hiring managers, is carried out in an effective and timely manner, utilising various communication tools
- Work alongside the Communications team to align and connect communications to the business
- Work with relevant hiring managers to create effective job designs - hiring the right people for the right role

**What do we need from you?**
- Relevant and demonstratable experience as a Recruiter, including designing and implementing a recruitment strategy and a full understanding of the recruitment cycle
- Self
- starter, responsible and accountable
- Experience of working with an ATS or HR system
- The ability to build a rapport with internal and external stakeholders and build good relationships
- Work in partnership with the wider People team, including HR Business Partners
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage projects from start to completion
- Organised and systemic delivery against plan
- Raise and mitigate risks in a timely and pragmatic manner
- Able to manage costs and generate cost savings, where appropriate.
