We are seeking dedicated and caring individuals to join our team as Evening Care Assistants. In this role, you will provide essential support and companionship to our clients during the evening hours. Your empathy, patience, and commitment to improving the quality of life for others will make a significant impact on the lives of those we serve.

**_ Hours:_** 16:45 - 21:45 Monday - Friday & Alternative Weekends

**Job Description** Your Role and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant**:

- Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Help with meal preparation and ensure clients have nutritious meals
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring
- Support clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed
- Respond promptly and effectively to client needs and emergencies
- Document and report any changes in client’s health or condition to the appropriate team members
