Front of House Supervisor

Starlings is a new cafe/deli in the heart of Clifton with a friendly and motivated Front of House team. We are open Tuesday - Sunday daytime as well as doing various pop-up evening events such as private parties and supper clubs.

The role includes making wonderful coffee (you will need to be confident in using a professional coffee machine and doing latte art), friendly customer service and help managing the front of house.

The role will be predominantly be weekend work, sometimes working on making cocktails and serving wine in the evening and working as a barista in the day time. You will be taught to manage stock, place orders, keep the Front of House looking lovely and clean and managing the other Front of House team.

Your hours will typically be Tuesday daytime, Friday daytime and weekend days along with normally either one Friday or Saturday night hosting private or public events. We will work together to ensure we give you a schedule that suits you.

**What we are looking for;**
- Someone motivated to help us grow the business, with a real passion for food and drink._
- Barista experience is necessary._
- Confidence in talking to others and managing other team members_
- Attention to detail and organisation._
