Join us as a Platform Lead, Start My Banking Relationship
- We’re looking for someone with real influence and good organisational skills to help us to achieve agreed targets
- You’ll be delivering, owning, and maintaining the platform’s operational stability and performance technology
- You’ll be able to really make this role your own and will receive excellent exposure for you and your work

**What you'll do**:
We’ll be asking you to own the remediation of technical issues and the simplification and improvement of the platform architecture and technology. You’ll build the platform roadmap, working with the Centres of Excellence to make sure you have the right resources. On top of this, you’ll use your expertise to make sure that business solutions are optimised for our customers’ needs and the overall technology strategy.

You’ll also be:

- Taking ownership of the financial, commercial and flow performance of the platform
- Managing the platform risk culture, making sure that teams effectively collaborate to mitigate risk
- Delivering the regulatory reporting and managing the relevant budgets provided

**The skills you'll need**:
In this role, you’ll need to have in-depth domain or platform product knowledge and experience. Operational risk management, financial management, collaboration, and negotiation are all important elements of this role, as is excellent commercial acumen with an acute understanding of the business landscape.

You’ll also be expected to have:

- Experience of presenting to a senior audience
- Experience of using microservices, external Cloud and of running and accountability for development, change, and RTB
- Working experience on large transformational deliveries within financial services and experience in a customer-facing role
- Good leadership skills, including Agile and servant leadership experience
- Architecture, design, and engineering skills, relevant to the specific platform
- Experience of working and running high performance, large scaled Agile and non-Agile programmes, projects, and teams
