Lead Platform Engineer - London Hybrid - £110,000

My client is a leading cyber security firm dedicated to safeguarding digital supply chains and protecting against emerging threats. they specialise in providing innovative solutions that empower businesses to defend against cyber attacks and ensure data integrity.

Position Overview:

They are on the lookout a talented Lead Platform Engineer with a very strong Software background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining their platform infrastructure. If you are passionate about cyber security and possess expertise in CI/CD, AWS, ECS, and either Go or Python, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS, utilising services such as ECS.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and deployment processes.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in cyber security and cloud computing.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of AWS services, particularly ECS.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Go or Python this is a must
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
