Junior HR Advisor

We are recruiting for a Junior HR Advisor for our global client who are manufacturers of innovative and bespoke products in Nafferton. This role would ultimately suit someone who has the technical knowledge of HR and is wanting to gain some more practical,hands-on experience.

This role has plenty of progression opportunities to kickstart your HR career - initially carrying out administrative HR duties, producing reports, review employee benefits/rewards, minute taking and play a key role in attracting Talent through selection,onboarding and apprenticeships.

**As an HR Advisor, you will**:

- Advise managers on all employee lifecycle activities
- Be living and breathing the positive company culture and support employees and managers to promote this
- Be the first point of contact for any employee issues
- Supporting management with attendance and absence issues
- Be proactive with high attention to detail

**Person Specification**:

- Have a degree in HR
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to prioratise own work
- Strong administration skills

The working hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm with an early finish on Fridays, paying up £25,000 p/a with 33 days holiday, company pension, training and development opportunities and a health care plan.
