Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are looking for a HR Advisor or HR Officer to join a well-established company based in Driffield

**The Role or HR Advisor or HR Officer
This is a new standalone role where you will be responsible for setting up the HR function for the company.

**Duties
- Setting up a HR structure
- Recruiting and onboarding of new employees
- Carrying out Right to Work checks
- Issuing and maintenance of HR documentation including company contracts and job descriptions
- Updating the Employee handbook
- Setting up HR policies and initiatives
- Keep up to date with current legislation and take any necessary action
- Providing HR advice and support to managers
- Assist in any disciplinary matters
- Monitor sickness
- Support managers in implementing change, eg Organisational structure

**The Person
- Experience of working in HR and ability to manage all areas of HR
- CIPD Level 4 desirable
- Organisational skills
- Experience of industrial placements and use of agencies for temporary staff
- Use of Office, Word, excel
