You will be an integral part of the team and be highly capable when it comes to providing outstanding client service. You will be able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your workload effectively.

This role would suit an experienced Administrator, PA or Legal Secretary looking to join an outstanding law firm with a great culture.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assessing, managing and prioritising own work flow
- Delegating relevant tasks to administrators within the support team
- Responsible for ensuring relevant documentation is available
- First point of contact for certain matters
- Diary Management
- Managing and monitoring relevant lawyer's inbox

**Person Specification**:

- Good understanding of Microsoft Office systems; Word and Outlook
- Comfortable with technology and data inputting
- Good planning, organisational and communication skills
- Remains calm under pressure
- Always provides outstanding support and client service
- Excellent attention to detail
