**The role includes**:
- Assessing, managing and prioritising your own workflow
- Being responsible for ensuring relevant documentation or finance information is available
- Being first point of contact
- Managing relevant lawyer's diaries and inbox
- Responsible for compliance, money laundering requirements
**Skills & Experience**:
- Experience of providing support to multiple people i.e. diary management, arranging travel/events
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office systems; Outlook and Word
- The ability to work as part of a team, establishing good working relationships at all levels
- Excellent planning, organisational and attention to detail skills
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels
- Always provides outstanding client service
