**What is the role?**

We are looking for Team Leaders to join us East Midlands airport for our our exciting new Pop-up bar, The Yard A Team Leader is exactly that, a leader. Someone who thrives in motivating and encouraging, whilst building & teaching our valued teams. A natural born leader, with good communication skills to ensure your team smash our guests’ expectations

Every Journey starts here and together with our teams, we provide outstanding service to our guests.

Due to airport flight schedules, our shift times vary. Our morning shifts can start as early as 3am and our late shifts can finish up to 11pm so you must ensure you are flexible to work one of these shift patterns.
