**What is the role?**

Team Leader/ Supervisor. Crafty ales, sumptuous wines, beer bites and more. These are just some of the things you can expect to serve behind our fun and vibrant bar. All whilst maintaining an atmosphere, where guests can truly immerse themselves before travelling. Its fast paced, it’s energetic, it’s the place everybody wants to be before they board. Lion & Antelope Bar & Kitchen is a fantastic British inspired concept offering your favourite pub style dishes. Lion & Antelope is bold, fast paced and provides a familiar setting before jetting off on your trip. Together with our passionate teams, we provide outstanding service to ensure our guests are feeling good on the move. We are looking for experienced leaders who have a minimum of 1 year’s hands on experience leading a team within a similar, fast paced bar environment.

Due to airport flight schedules, our shift times vary. Our morning shifts can start as early as 3am and our late shifts can finish up to 11pm so you must ensure you are flexible to work one of these shift patterns. You will also be required to obtain a security pass to gain access airside at the restaurant, for this you will need to provide 5 year’s checkable referencing.
