**Job Title: Customer Service Administrator**

**Location: Chepstow**

**Pay Range/details: Circa £23,000 per annum**

**Contract Type: Permanent**

My client, based in Chepstow, is a leading manufacturer within their field and is looking to grow their team. They are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for ensuring customerorders are taken and processed in accordance with company standards and in a timely and accurate manner.

**Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Administrator
- Representing the company in a professional, enthusiastic and positive manner
- Establishing customers’ needs, whilst ensuring customers adhere to the company’s T&C’s
- Processing a high volume of customer interaction, whilst maintaining an excellent attention to detail
- Responding to all customer queries in a timely manner
- Liaising with and assisting internal staff where required, promptly and in a professional manner
- Attending meetings, training programs, etc. as directed by management
- Contributing and continually accessing the company’s service offering both internally and externally by the continuous improvement channels
- Liaising with the Operations team to ensure the best customer outcomes are achieved
- Working independently and as part of a team to ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times

**Qualifications & Requirements - Customer Service Administrator
- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service
- Previous experience in high volumes of data inputting
- Experience using Sage would be advantageous but not essential
- Excellent level of IT literacy
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong communication, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to think clearly, analyse data and present accurately

- Competitive salary of circa £23,000per annum
- Hours of work - 39.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (this can be flexible)
- Potential for the role to be hybrid, but will be officed based for the initial training period
- Permanent opportunity
