A well established global business is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the Explosives Engineering Services (EES) project based at their offices in Chepstow.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Planning of contractor’s deployments with the team technical leads
- Contractor contact over deployment logistics i.e. equipment on selected projects in conjunction with the Manager
- Updating of contractors movements in conjunction with other team members
- Circulation / distribution of consultant certification and CVs etc to clients
- To prepare contract & financial details to the Finance & Accounts Administrator for project set up
- Preparation of report writing, proposals, ITTs, PQQs and RFPs with oversight from the technical leads for technical data
- Assistance with security clearance through RPS Risk Management (if required)
- Assistance with recruitment of personnel (if required)
- Assistance with the IMS for the EES / OSG team along with Management
- Working with accounts team to cross check invoices against UK deployments
- Occasional Out of office hours duty cover
- Travel management for project staff

**Who we’re looking for**
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Planning and organisational abilities, able to prioritise workload accordingly
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- An understanding of project administration is essential
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE Maths and English or equivalent)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
