**Well, what about the team?**:
We are looking for a highly motivated EUC Team Lead to join our Enterprise IT team, responsible for delivering IT services to our global organisation with over 1700 staff and 12 offices worldwide. This role is an excellent fit for an experienced End User Computing Engineer with a background in management and team leadership, particularly as the primary point of contact for IT in a single office within a large organisation.

In this position, you will be expected to provide support during operational hours between 09:00 and 17:30. Additionally, you will act as the site lead for multiple locations, including Stoke, Barcelona, Gibraltar, Isle of Man, and Manchester. You will be responsible for delivering on-site support for the Stoke office and remote support for the other designated locations. There may also be opportunities for occasional travel to these locations.

A minimum of three days a week is required to be present in the office, with the possibility of being on-site for five days when necessary.

**So, what will you be doing?**:

- Provide onsite and remote technical end user support.
- Managing a small team of techs. Currently two but potential to grow.
- Act as an IT site lead for Stoke, Gibraltar, Barcelona, Isle Of Man and Manchester, providing support for all IT related matters and interacting with key stakeholders.
- Manage IT related requirements for office fit outs in the region.
- Record, monitor, update and respond to support requests in a timely manner, owning each call to completion, or, by reassigning it to other areas of the department, as per the process.
- Taking the lead in IT Projects and managing these to completion.
- Supporting Windows 10 & Mac OS devices, connected to the corporate network.
- Build and maintain relationships with the wider IT team.
- Support of Microsoft 365 including Teams and Exchange.
- Maintaining up-to-date records of hardware inventory and managing the device lifecycle. This will include manual handling, such as taking in deliveries, unboxing, asset tagging items and recording details in the asset register.
- Support and maintenance of AV and Video Conferencing.
- Ability to cope in a technically complex and fast changing environment and to respond calmly and rationally to changing priorities in a deadline-driven situation.

**And what are we looking for?**:

- Windows 10 and Mac OS X support, troubleshooting and deployment.
- Working with a helpdesk system preferably Jira Service Desk and understanding the escalation process.
- Strong experience with Microsoft products, particularly Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
- Remote User Support and Remote access technologies
- Printer support and configuration
- Basic Network knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic ITIL knowledge
