Customer Service Advisor**

**Salary**: Tactical Job Family £23,671.64 - £28,986.20 (depending on experience)
- This role has a nominal base of Sheffield (S4) but the home location is flexible. Travel to the nominal base is expected from time to time. More information will be provided at interview.Our Customer Services team plays a central part in delivering a consistently high standard of customer service to Collaborative Procurement Partnership’s customers and suppliers.

To assist in this mission, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor with a passion for delivering the highest level of service to our customers. As the first point of contact for many of Collaborative Procurement Partnership’s enquiries you will be confident in progressing enquiries in an efficient and confident manner.

Reporting to the Senior Customer Service Advisor, the Customer Service Advisor responsibilities include:

- Acting as the initial point of contact for external enquiries and working to resolve queries in an efficient and first-class manner.
- Work in line with corporate KPIs to resolve enquiries with the assistance of relevant departments, both internal and external.
- Ensure a satisfactory level of customer service is provided at all times via the monitoring of customer interactions.
- Manage, resolve or progress complaints when necessary, in line with CPP’s complaints procedures.
- Build a sound working relationship with a number of key stakeholders to assist with the progression of Collaborative Procurement Partnership ’s business. Included in this is the Supply Chain Coordination Ltd (SCCL) Customer Services team.

**Who you are**:

- Educated to NVQ Level 3 standard in customer service and/or admin with at least two years’ experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
- Experience delivering Administration within a large multi-layered organisation.
- Proven track record of managing customer interactions in their entirety.
- Confident in handling complaints and complex enquiries.
- Advanced user of IT programmes including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Great stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure information is accurate, congruent, reliable, and is easily available to users for direct consumption or integration with other systems.
