We are currently looking for a Lead Bartender to join our bar team at Twickenham RFC.

For this role you will be working as a shift manager bartender during home fixtures, team training days, and club events. The hours are varied but usually weekends and evening shifts.
- A natural people person who puts great guest experience at the top of their agenda
- Enthusiasm and the ability to create a sense of fun and motivate a team whilst upholding standards and maintaining discipline
- Self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability with an outgoing personality
- Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommending appropriate solutions to any problems arising
- Must possess good communication skills for dealing with issues.

The Role
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding quality standards
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient bar
- Be a team player, being committed, engaged and respectful and bringing a sense of fun into the work place

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 12- 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
