Twickenham Rugby Football Club are looking for an experienced Lead Bartender to join our team, working behind the bar for match days, private functions, and club events.

Are you passionate about pouring great drinks and providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Bartender to join our team in the clubhouse bar. As the Lead Bartender, you will be responsible for overseeing the bar operations when on shift and ensuring that our members have an unforgettable experience. If you have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a knack for creative drink concoctions, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise the bar staff when on shift.
- Create and maintain an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for Members
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Interact with Members to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Produce stock checks after each shift.
- Monitor the quality of beverages and service provided to members.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Promote venue hire for functions.
- Work closely with clubhouse manager to ensure a smooth bar operation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a bartender, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, their ingredients, and preparation methods
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts calmly and professionally
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
