Waiting Staff

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and seating customers, presenting menus, and taking food and drink orders.
- Providing recommendations and answering customer inquiries about menu items.
- Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensuring the dining area is clean and presentable at all times.
- Processing customer payments and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assisting with any additional tasks assigned by the management.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

- Catering: 1 year (preferred)

- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
