Nelson Permanent Placements are proud to be working with an established property developer who offer unique renovations and new-build projects around the West Midland region. Our client is looking for a temporary Administrator to join the team for sickness cover. The contract will be a minimum of 2 months with the potential to be taken on permanently.
**To be considered for this role you must have**:
- Strong administration experience
- Customer service experience
**Temporary contract, 42.5 hours a week, paying £10.42 - £11.50ph
- depending upon experience**
**Responsibilities: -**
- Collecting and entering data onto word & excel
- Meeting & greeting visitors as they enter the building
- Photocopying & filing documents
- Arrange remedial visits
**Skills & Experience: -**
- Proven data entry work experience.
- Experience with MS Office and data programs.
- Accuracy
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident working within a busy environment
