We are searching for an experienced People & Recruitment Administrator to join a well-established organisation in Edgbaston. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business that is passionate about nurturing talent and fostering a positive working atmosphere.
**Main Duties**:

- Writing and managing job advertisements for open positions
- Pre-screening relevant applicants and arranging interviews in collaboration with hiring managers
- Attending interviews alongside line managers when required
- Maintain the company Preferred Supplier List and liaise with agencies when required
- Support the HR team during the new starters process by preparing contracts, completing pre-employment checks and assisting with induction
- Updating the HR system in regards to staff holidays and sickness
- Assist in HR project work as and when required
- Keep employee records up to date, e.g, probation periods and appraisals

**Skills Required**:

- Experience within a recruitment department
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Salary of £23-25k depending on experience
- 33 days holidays (including bank holidays) plus additional Christmas shutdown
