**The Opportunity**:
At Arden University, we pride ourselves on being true innovators, disruptors and pioneers, our focus is to promote life-long learning and ensure that everyone, everywhere can access higher education. We are currently looking for a part-time Coordinator to join our Academic Administration Services team who support activities related to the coordination of teaching activity at Arden University.

The work of the team is to ensure that all Lecturer teaching assignments are communicated clearly to Academics, and that systems are kept up to date to ensure all teaching commitments across the University are met. The team also deal with payments to Associate Lecturers. You will liaise with other internal Departments, and be a first point of contact for queries raised.

In this role you will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of continuous improvement projects, develop systems, refine processes and create solutions which will have a positive impact on many of our colleagues and students.

**About You**:
We are looking for a self-starter with excellent administration skills, and a strong customer service ethic. You will need to be pro-active, flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment working to tight deadlines, as well as being organised and detail orientated. Excellent IT skills are a must, with a particular focus on O365 and MS Excel tools, as well as the ability to work quickly and accurately with figures and payment details. Great interpersonal skills are also key in this role for interacting with internal and external stakeholders, as customer service will be at the forefront of everything you do.
