Associate Head of Strategy and Impact

Are you a great strategist? Can you engage and support colleagues across the charity to plan towards the strategic ambitions for children? Are you adept at developing outcome-based plans and monitoring strategy delivery? Are you driven to prevent child abuse and keep children safe?

This role is with a national charity whose purpose is to prevent cruelty to children across the UK and Channel Islands. They have been fighting for childhood for the last 130 years and we are now delivering their organisational strategy for 2021-2031.

Position: Associate Head of Strategy and Impact

**Salary**: £45,395 - £51,585, Plus £500 home working allowance and (London Weighting £1,790 - £3,366) per annum

Location: United Kingdom - Remote or Flexible location

Vacancy Type: Freelance

Working Hours Per Week: Full time (35 hours)

The Role:
As Associate Head of Strategy Delivery, you will lead the Strategy Delivery Team, working with colleagues across the organisation to develop annual business plans, targets and performance metrics. You will lead on the creation of highly informative performance and impact reporting, working with others to map out the charity's path to 2031.

You will be a thoughtful collaborator, at the forefront of strategic thinking with experience of leading planning, monitoring, and reporting in a large and complex organisation. You will be supported by a skilled, fun and friendly team within the Strategy and Knowledge Directorate.

About you:
Were looking for someone with demonstratable experience of organisational business planning and strategic plan development. The charity launched their ambitious ten-year strategy in 2021 and this role is pivotal in bringing that strategy to fruition.

We are looking for someone with experience of:
*Playing a leading role in business planning and strategy development in a complex organisation
*Creating meaningful targets, metrics, and impact frameworks
*Producing concise and factual performance and impact reporting
*Line or matrix management of others and a commitment to the charity's mission
