We are currently seeking an administration assistant for our busy but friendly fire alarm team.

The role will encompass general administration duties to include making appointments and scheduling works for our engineers, liaising with sites and building managers, ensuring paperwork is returned to site from engineers for processing, taking telephone and e mail enquiries and updating our systems. As part of the administration team, you will work alongside our management team, providing support where necessary in addition to supporting the site teams.

The successful applicant will need to have experience in MS Word and EXCEL. Full training will be given on our in-house database and systems. You must be a good team player and be able to work under pressure and to deadlines.

We are seeking either a full time person Monday to Friday.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
