**The Opportunity**

A fantastic opportunity to join an expanding team whose key role is to support disabled students to participate fully and succeed in their chosen courses of study. You will determine the steps needed to put in place students’ learning adjustments and specialised support, through a combination of communication methods including in-person meetings.

**Your skills and attributes for success**
- Educated to degree level or able to demonstrate extensive relevant experience
- Prior experience in supporting disabled students
- An understanding of the pressures of the academic environment for students with disabilities and/or additional support needs
- Ability to work sensitively with students with a range of support needs

This post is full-time (35 hours per week) and open ended (permanent).

- The Disability and Learning Support Service are engaged in hybrid working with most team members working a balance of campus and remote working. Due to the nature of this role, please note that it cannot be entirely fulfilled by remote working.
