An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Family Practitioner to work in Family Support in the Great Yarmouth area, the post will be based at Havenbridge House in Great Yarmouth.

We are looking for an experienced practitioner who can manage a complex caseload of Family Support cases, whilst also offering peer support, coaching, mentoring, role modelling to practitioners and support to the Team Manager.

Family Support is a strengths-based service where the child is at the centre of our work, their voice and views are the most important. You will need to be able to identify and understand risk and keep this under review this throughout the case.

You will need good IT skills, proficiency in Word, Excel and databases and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
