Allstaff office services division have partnered with are client based in Glasgow. Who are looking for an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The duties of this role include,
- Collaborate closely with our ICP & UIP customers, offering expert guidance and support for the implementation of assets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assets, ensuring effective management of all data and adoption files.
- Generate and update comprehensive monthly performance reports across multiple business areas.
- Ensure live network records and construction asset records are maintained to the highest standard.
- Document, monitor, and report fixed penalty notices using Symology/Street Manager.
- Record, monitor and communicate on asset data capture information.
- Create & manage the MPAN process.
- Handle general administration tasks, including updating client mailboxes and ensuring timely responses within agreed service levels.
- Fulfill any other reasonable requests by the Adoption and Connections Manager, performing additional duties as necessary.
This is a hybrid role, 1-2 day per week in the Glasgow office. Hours of work are 9am - 5pm.

Allstaff is operating as an Employment Agency for the supply of Permanent and Contract staff employed directly by the hirer.
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
