**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and organised individual to join our team as a Despatch and Administrative Assistant on a part-time basis reporting to the Office Manager. The primary responsibilities of this role include handling the despatch of packages and customer orders, managing goods inward receipts and providing general administrative support to our Sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and despatch packages and customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Receive, verify and process incoming shipments and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments via Quest System. (Training will be provided for the Quest system).
- Provide support to the Sales department.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Prior experience in despatch, shipping, or related field preferred but not required.

Part-time position with flexible days and hours, 12 hours per week.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
