We are currently working with a high-quality professional services business provider, who have over 20,000 staff globally and work with some of the biggest professional services practices out there. They are one of the biggest names out there and are themarket leader of Software of consultancy services across the globe. With their average employee staying in the business for over 6 years, this company can certainly offer stability.
As a Corporate Secretary, you will be responsible for the management of the Global and European Vice Presidents diaries which includes Travel / corporate hosting events specifically. You will be working closely with other Corporate Secretaries within theorganisation and ensure all diaries are co-ordinated appropriately. There will also be a need for the management of diaries within different time zones (GMT). Within the role, you will have other secretarial duties such as processing expenses and other formsof correspondence.
They have a great reputation within the industry, and they are looking for a diligent individual to join their team. This is a great role for someone who is ready to take on the challenge, working for a Market Leader.
**Responsibilities: Corporate Secretary-**
- Extensive diary / travel management, both on and off site
- Co-ordinating with other Corporate Secretaries and Senior Management Internationally
- Management of Internal and External meetings, as well as corporate hosting events
- Processing expenses and other forms of correspondence
- Effectively communicating with all members of staff, including Internationally
**Competencies: Corporate Secretary-**
- Previous experience within a Personal Assistant / Secretarial position
- Proven track record for management of multiple senior diaries global and European
- Ability to be flexible, adaptable and management of multiple projects at one time
- Outstanding listening and communication skills
- Provide accurate and timely reports, meetings deadlines
