As a Care Coordinator, you will be involved in the leading and planning of all systems associated with continuity of care for our clients in the community based in Biggleswade, Hitchin and other surrounding areas.

Our Client is a Local Domiciliary Care Company that provides care and support services for Adults with Learning Disabilities and the Elderly. The Care Coordinator's role greatly impacts the lives of our client's customers, who rely on the care and support provided. **Who You Are**
- You should have at least 1 year experience as a care coordinator or a great desire to learn in this role
- You must be a planner and can work under pressure
- Has excellent communication, people skills and a high level of computer literacy
- Has the ability to lead and be an example to our carers
- Must have access to own car and a Full UK Driving License
- Should be able to work on call in the community to meet up schedules when necessary

**The Role**

**The KPI** to be met will include targets completing client and staff onboarding, staff training, completed spot checks and supervision, and time responding to complaints.

You will be responsible for
- Dealing with key stakeholders in the business and handling assessments
- Organising the weekly rota and matching carers to service users based on ability and other preferences
- Handling office administration associated with new care packages.
- Assisting with recruitment and staff compliance
- Ensuring care workers provide the quality of care that meets the standards determined by the company
- Effectively managing data and information
- Covering Care calls as and when required
- Start time is 9am to 6pm wit 1 hour break

- Paid mileage at 35p Per Mile for hours worked on call

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
