About the Role

Our Front of House Team are the stars of our resort who warmly welcome our guests and are their point of contact throughout their stay with us. We have a new and exciting opportunity for an Evening Porter to join our team. You will support our team in providing excellent customer service, ensuring all guests have a memorable and magical stay.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet guests with a ‘sense of arrival’ by using proper greeting and last name. Introduce all guests to our Reception Team.
Ensure luggage is taken to guest’s room in an efficient manner and explain all facilitates within the guest’s room
Driving guests to and from airports and parking any guests’ vehicles
Deliver messages, newspapers and amenities or packages to guest rooms and support with room service requests
Maintain a clean work area including Library and Lobby
Handle all guest concerns in a professional and effective manner - following through on all guest problems

About You
You will be an enthusiastic, friendly and confident individual who has excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. You will enjoy working as part of a team but can also work independently, following evening work plans. A full clean Driving License is essential for this role.

Salary
This is a casual opportunity working between the hours of 4 pm and 8 pm, with an element of weekend working. A competitive hourly rate of £11 per hour is offered along with a vast range of associate benefits.
