**The Role**:
Within the SureCare family, we find it's very important we look after our Care workers so, in return they look after our service users. With care visits ranging from a minimum of 30 minutes to two hours or more, supporting with a range of tasks such as personal care, assisting with medication and meal preparation, this gives the Care worker plenty of time to build a rapport with the people who require care.
