This home specialise in supporting adults who live with Mental Health conditions, learning disabilities and those with autism.
They are recruiting for Senior Support Workers to join their experienced and qualified care team on permanent contracts.
13ph & £55 per sleep in
Full time contracted
Shift patterns vary - Flexibility required
Shifts include days, waking nights and sleep ins
Requirements of the Senior Support Worker Role:
* Previous experience as a senior support worker
* Experience working with learning disabilities and mental health
* Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and mental capacity legislation
* NVQ in Health & Social Care desirable
Lead and mentor a team of support workers to ensure high standards of care and professional development
* Develop and implement care plans and oragnise and coordinate risk assessments
* Support residents with daily living activities
* Monitor and manage risk within the home
* Able to offer staff benefits as well as support towards gaining higher qualifications*
