We are looking for 4 highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to fulfil the role of Service Support Officer for the UK Foundation Programme Office (UKFPO), hosted by HEE. You will be part of a dynamic, growing team with plenty of opportunities to learn, develop and progress.

The overarching goal of the UKFPO’s Service Support Officers is to run the high-profile operations of the team. Your duties will include:

- providing high quality administrative and service support, including coordinating the secretariat function for various internal and external groups
- planning and undertaking the operational processes of the team

- maintaining the UKFPO website

We are looking for the proven ability to effectively prioritise your own workload and have a proactive approach. You will need to work as part of the administrative team to deliver tasks that require collective effort and be able to work with a high degree of discretion and initiative, respecting confidentiality of information. It will be important for the post holder to develop and maintain an understanding of key Foundation issues to manage and prioritise workload effectively and make appropriate decisions.

Health Education England exists for one reason and one reason only: our vision is to help improve the quality of life and health and care services for the people of England by ensuring the workforce of today and tomorrow has the right skills, values and behaviours, in the right numbers, at the right time and in the right place.

We are people centred, committed to the NHS Constitution, and driven by our values of responsibility, inclusiveness, fairness, and confidence.

Our goals are to deliver and reform education to produce the best possible future workforce; to transform the current workforce to meet tomorrow's health and care needs; and ensure the quality of our education and training system.
