Technical Support Officer - Grade C1

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated, reliable and hardworking Technical Officer to join the Voids Team within Property Management

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated, reliable and hardworking person to join the Voids Team. You will be part of a frontline technical support team (TSO) to ensure that problems and issues are addressed and resolved promptly both formally and informally and with satisfactory, customer focused outcomes.

As a Technical Support Officer you also provide operational support to aid the delivery of the Void team’s workstream including:

- Responding to customer and stakeholder enquiries
- Assisting in producing reports
- Contributing to service reviews
- Administrative tasks
- Monitoring customer satisfaction through customer satisfaction surveys and analysis.

You will support the delivery of service plans and ensure the continuous and on-going innovation and improvement of the service to achieve the target of 1% of all properties in void, this in-line with council objectives.
