Accounts Administrator

**The Role**:
Completing all orders so that data is ready for management accounts and that stock matches with the warehouses and allocations.
Cross reference the above to the Google Sheets on a daily basis.
- Supplier Invoices:_Check for errors and follow up on any found, Input suppliers invoices into Zoho and export the data into DATEV on a weekly basis.
- Containers:_Track all containers and keep the spreadsheets up to date with all changes.
**Requirements**:
**Unleashed & Xero **- experience using **Xero** is essential.
Matching payments and orders in Xero.
Reconciling to the bank accounts in Xero
Tracking allocations and orders on the spreadsheets.
Enter supplier invoices.
**Benefits & Bonuses**:
Hours will be 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Hybrid working.
20 days holidays plus two days between Christmas and New Year and your birthday off The 20 days will increase to 25 days after three years’ service.
Basic circa £24k plus yearly bonus scheme.
Company pays into the standard Nest pension scheme.
