We are working with a leading and independent insurance underwriter to recruit for an energetic and motivated part-time administrator to join this successful company in Guildford.
Salary on offer is pro rata to £9,000 per annum (FTE equivalent £24058) with a location allowance of £300 - £1500 per year depending on number of days worked.
Holiday: 24 days + Bank Holidays

**The duties of the Administrator will include**:
The Administrator will work with a small team of Account Executives and Underwriters under the direction of both the Underwriting Director to ensure that the good quality of administration support is maintained in all areas of our work.
- Logging, printing and sending quotations and declines
- Ensuring the quotation logs and filing cabinets are kept up to date.
- Verifying Broker FCA authorisation.
- Carry out verification / identity checks on new and existing clients.
- Requesting/logging and chasing underwriting requirements and critical illness claims.
- Scanning, filing and general office duties.
- Assisting Account Executives and Underwriters as required.
- Archiving historic records.
- Previous administration experience is key for this role
