**Cotels Serviced Apartments** is a Milton Keynes based company providing Serviced Apartments across 3 locations. Our typical guests are corporates and contractors looking for a home from home while working here on business.

**Position Overview**:
To enable us to deliver a first-class guest experience we need to make sure that high standards are consistently delivered throughout. This role will appeal to someone who enjoys variety, thrives on problem solving and has an eye for detail - who understands that the little things matter.

You will need to be fit with lots of energy and of a tenacious nature - seeing things through to a successful conclusion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily Management of the housekeeping team including feedback meetings
- Preparation of daily housekeeping schedules & tasks
- In the event of staff absence or heavy workload, cover cleaning with housekeeping team
- Ordering of housekeeping resources in line with the company budget - linen; materials
- Management of the linen accounts including stock checks
- Oversee all operational aspects of the building - ensuring public areas internally and externally are kept clean/tidy
- Ensure operational functions are carried out - i.e. mail box emptying, extras carried out
- Quality inspections of apartments including resolving any related issues prior to guest check-in
- Apartment Inventory checks & replenishments
- Support guests during their stay with any queries/issues - resolving and seeing through to conclusion
- Emergency Phone Cover during evenings and weekends
- Carry out & accurately record weekly fire alarm testing and extinguisher checks

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour
