We have an **exciting** opportunity to join our Consignment and Loans department as an Inventory Administrator Coordinator.

You will be providing **front line customer service** to our internal and external customers for their **medical device loan and demo stock** **equipment** requests which is used to support patients in **hospitals**. This is a fast-paced environment so if you are highly organised, have great attention to detail and have excellent communication skills then we would love to hear from you

**What you can expect to be doing**:

- Interact with customer and sales teams, answering queries regarding new and existing bookings
- Provide efficient administrative assistance to process customer requests
- Check stock availability across our Loan portfolio, giving real time feedback on booking status
- Work with our European Loans Service to arrange delivery of additional loan equipment into the UK when needed
- Co-ordinate the logistics for delivery and collection of medical equipment
- Invoice our customers promptly for use of loan equipment
- Compile regular reports, and ensuring department KPIs are being met
- Ensure all health & safety and decontamination regulations are adhered to internally and by our customers

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Previous administration experience
- Excellent computer skills, including working knowledge Microsoft Excel
- Be customer focused and motivated to succeed
- Team player with the ability to work unsupervised using your own initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Accurate and methodical in your work and paying close attention to detail
