Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production department
- Ensure that production targets and deadlines are met
- Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Introduce training program and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resolve any issues that may arise

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Strong management skills in organisation
- Motivation and drive to improve department
- Basic math skills for inventory management and production planning
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
