Plas Dinas Country House and The Gunroom Restaurant is a 5 gold star awarded country house, voted hotel of the year 2021 at the North Wales Tourism Awards, Recently added to the Michelin Guide, awarded 2 Rosette and is the beautiful historic home of Lord Snowdon.
The Gunroom Restaurant offers exceptional food, an intimate dining experience and requires a more team members to now take the service level forward in partnership with our excellent team. We have a lovely, talented, dedicated team who have worked for the company for many years. The restaurant and our incredible chefs are working towards our first Michelin Star.

Shifts will start from 5pm and finish around 11:30pm.
**Who we are looking for?**
- Someone with a can do attitude with a positive approach
- Welsh speaking (desirable but not essential)
- Someone who can be flexible with availability and some weekend working.
- Own transport and driving license is advised due to our location.
- Good timekeeping and desire to attain excellent standards of cleanliness
- Previous experience (essential)
