We have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and friendly team in Cardiff as a HR Co-ordinator, supporting over a thousand employees working within the care industry.

**About the job**:
As HR Coordinator, you will be involved in key aspects of the HR function, offering you the chance to learn, grow, and further your career within HR. You'll be joining a leading provider of specialist social care services that really make a difference in the lives of vulnerable people throughout the South West. Your role will include:

- Managing the HR inbox
- Completing reference requests
- Completing changes forms and change of contract letters
- Processing leavers forms
- Ensuring all relevant systems are updated and accurate
- Collating employees' change of details and information sharing where appropriate
- Transcribing minutes of HR case meetings
- Responding to annual leave queries and updating the HR system
- Assisting the HR team with day to day tasks
- Monitoring and updating the VISA and 'certificate of sponsorship' list for current staff
- Ensuring all staff have valid right to work in the UK
- Maintaining a good level of understanding around international recruitment

You'll be joining a wonderful, small but stable team in Cardiff, managed by an exceptional Head of HR. This is a great opportunity to develop yourself within a fantastic team, and pursue further growth in a rewarding and successful HR career.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

**Salary & Benefits**:
Salary for this role is £26,000 per annum, plus benefits including pension contributions, Blue Light card offering amazing online and high street discounts, and 25 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays (33 in total).

**About you**:
You will need strong IT skills (preferably with experience of HR systems) as well as strong organisation and administrative skills.

You'll be personable, approachable, and an excellent team player who can work both collaboratively and autonomously with confidence - attention to detail and excellent commuication skills are a must.

A CIPD or HR related qualification would also be highly desirable / advantageous
