HR Assistant

Due to the growth of the federation, we are pleased to be recruiting a HR Administration Assistant to join our supportive and talented central HR department. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.
**What we are looking for**:
Reporting to the HR Officer, the HR Assistant will provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR Administration Team, providing both HR administrative support and professional advice for all HR transactional activities and basic ad-hoc queries. They will be support in actioning employment contract changes, interfacing with payroll and ensuring the HR Information System is maintained accurately.
At all times, the post holder will be expected to work collaboratively with relevant colleagues to fulfil the requirements of the role and contribute positively to the effective running of the HR function within the Trust.
This is a permanent opportunity working all year round and will involve hybrid working - once training has been completed the role will be based in the office at least one day per week and up to four days from home.
