A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals Trust. We have embarked on a three-year partnership with the internationally renowned Virginia Mason Institute to support us on our Continuous Improvement journey with implementing our own 4Ward improvement system.

The successful post holder will join our expanding Team and will work with our staff across the Trust to help foster a culture of continuous improvement, by providing training, coaching and supporting improvement events where we help to empower our staff to improve their own work which will improve the experience for both our patients and staff.

We will train you in the Trusts 4ward Improvement System, what we need you to demonstrate is that you have the core skills below;
A natural aptitude for curiosity

Excellent interpersonal skills

Delivering excellent customer service

Be Self-motivated and enthusiastic

Have good facilitation and negotiation skills

Be interested in training and coaching staff to help them reach their potential

Experience of managing teams

Be able to prioritise and meet challenging deadlines
